Since our founding in 2008, the SCCF has  been dedicated to helping small businesses.  We serve as the local hub for entrepreneurial innovation and bring together the talent, creativity, information, funding, and resources that grow a vibrant local economy.

SCCF is a regional organization that serves the entire Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, including: Independent Cities of Buena Vista, Harrisonburg, Lexington, Staunton, Waynesboro, Winchester; and the counties of Augusta, Bath, Clarke, Frederick, Highland, Page, Rockbridge, Rockingham, Shenandoah, and Warren.
